Private sessions are ideal if you:

• are returning to movement after injury, pregnancy, or time away.
• want to build strength and confidence in your body in a smart, supportive way.
• are serious about committing to a consistent movement practice and seeing real change in your body.

3 Month Private Sessions

Pay in full — $1400 (save $100)

6 Month Private Sessions

What happens in a private session?

We start by looking at what’s actually going on in your body — your history, injuries, habits, and goals.

From there I design sessions specifically for you using yoga and Pilates to help you build strength, improve mobility, and move in a way that supports your body and your life.

Some sessions are slower and focused on alignment and awareness.
Others are stronger and more challenging as your body gets stronger.

Over time we build a practice that makes your body stronger, more capable, and a place you actually enjoy living in.
