I’d always wanted to “try yoga” but was a busy mom of 3 young boys…
My Story…
When I finally walked in to my first class in January of 2015, I thought I was going to find a little bit of quiet time away from the boys.
I wasn’t ready for what happened next, it changed everything. As I lay in Savasana at the end of the class and the teacher said “take the next 5 minutes to lay here and just BE”… Tears started rolling silently down my cheeks. I had never realised that I was allowed to pause, rest, breathe and “just be”. I had only ever known hustle, hard work, busy-ness and justifying what I did with my time. Every single hour of every single day.
As I rolled up my mat and left that first class I knew 2 things to be true:
1) I needed more of this absolute magic!
2) I needed to learn how to teach it because I knew that I definitely wasn’t the only human out there who needed this magic.
The rest, as they say, is history…

My style of Vinyasa Flow is less “alignment” and more “how does it feel in your body” so that the practice can be made accessible to EVERY (BODY), regardless of age, size, or fitness level.
I am fond of reminding my students that they don’t need to be flexible or have fancy yoga gear, just bring YOU.

Audrey Alice is the real deal. After a traumatic event last year; I began a journey to "live more" and be the best I could be in my physical body. I had recently experienced a therapeutic restorative yoga at a studio out of state and wanted a private session in my home. Audrey provided that.
Audrey arrived at my home; locked and loaded with words of encouragement and brilliant insight into what I am capable of and ready to achieve. She took me on a three month journey of movement, meditation and mindfulness as I began to rehabilitate my body and mind.
Thank you Audrey for the thoughtful practice toward my recovery. I now feel capable to go into a yoga group setting with this new awareness.

I had a few private yoga sessions with Audrey. She was so good, she is patient and understands the body so well.
